Terms and Conditions
  1. Sovereign Business Services (SBS) conducts its business under the terms of a Fixed Price Agreement (FPA) which details the service being provided, the length of the agreement and the price to be paid for the duration of the agreement.

  2. Any variation to the service detailed in the FPA will be agreed in advance and the FPA amended accordingly.

  3. Fees payable under the FPA will be paid by standing order in instalments over the duration of the FPA or a shorter period if requested by the client.

  4. Extra services required by the client which are not covered by the FPA will be undertaken after the provision of a fixed price quotation and the signing of an Extra Work Order (EWO) by the client.

  5. Fees for extra work will be payable on presentation of the invoice. Fees may be paid by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer. SBS reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month or part month on amounts remaining unpaid for 30 days.

  6. The FPA includes unlimited telephone access to the SBS team for advice on ad-hoc matters. If the issues raised during a telephone consultation require any research or analysis to be undertaken this may require the signing of an EWO.

  7. Either party may terminate the FPA at any time by giving 10 days notice in writing.

  8. If the client requires payroll services these will be provided after the signing of our Payroll Bureau Agreement in addition to the FPA.
