Pay our fees in advance of any work commencing - we have a range of easy payment options (cash, cheque, monthly standing order)

Tell us immediately if we do anything that you are in any way unhappy with

Provide us with any information and answers we need to carry out our work - within the mutually agreed timescales

Use our standard forms and checklists to communicate all payroll changes, including new employees, changes of address and rates of pay etc., in writing at least two days before the payroll is due to be run (these standard forms will be supplied to you)
